1Customer’s responsibilities:

  • Immediately notify the Bank if your card is lost or stolen to limit and/or prevent unauthorized transactions
  • Immediately notify the Bank of any unauthorized transactions; check your statements as soon as you receive them
  • You must exercise reasonable care in safeguarding your card, including your PIN, from any unauthorized use.
  • Unauthorized use means that you did not provide, directly, by implications or otherwise, the right to use your card and you received no benefit from the “unauthorized” purchase.
  • Keep your account in good standing
