A new Mastercard debit card will be issued and mailed to you 1-2 weeks prior to March 24, 2025. It will be contactless, so you can tap and pay, and it will have a different card number. Please continue to use your current Debit Mastercard through Sunday, March 23. After this date, your old card will no longer be active; please dispose of it appropriately.
New Debit Cards will be mailed to the customer’s mailing address on file at the bank. If you need to change your mailing address, please contact your branch before February 28, 2025.
Beginning Monday, March 24, you can activate your new card and select a PIN by calling (888)-227-3096.
Unfortunately, yes. Since you will receive a new debit card, you will have to update any auto payments or digital payment services, such as PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App, to your new debit card number.
