Wray State Bank and it’s branches, Windsor State Bank and Brush State Bank, will be upgrading our internal banking systems on Monday, March 24, 2025, to provide you with more convenient technology options.
Here’s what you can look forward to:
While most of these changes will be internal, there will be new and improved programs on the customer side as well. Our staff will be here to help you every step of the way. Below are the changes you can expect:
Usernames will only change if you have more than 15 characters or if you have the same username for personal and business online banking. Your password will be the last six digits of SSN or EIN. From there, you will be prompted to set up a new password and security questions.
Apple and Android users will need to delete their old app and download the new app. We will provide you with the download instructions for the new app in March.
Telephone Banking will be unavailable Friday, March 21, until 8:00 am on Monday, March 24.
Business Bill Pay:
Intuit Quickbooks
Business Online Banking - Establishing Secondary Users
Unfortunately, you will not be able to view your e-statement history in online Banking account after March 21, 2024. With this in mind, we recommend downloading or printing a year’s worth of statements for your records before March 21st. This can be done by:
All customers will receive account statements as of March 21, 2025, for any activity since your last statement (a "cutoff statement"). This may result in some customers receiving two account statements for one cycle; one from the old internal system and another for activity on the new system from go-live until your regular statement date. *Note: the new system statements will look a little bit different.
With the upcoming changes, we want you to feel as prepared and comfortable as possible. We have listed some recommended preparations for you to follow to ensure an easy conversion.
During this system upgrade, be extra cautious of fraud. Criminals may try to trick you into giving up personal information. The bank will NEVER ask for your PIN, password, or CVV via phone, email, or text. Be suspicious of unsolicited messages, avoid clicking unknown links, and always use official bank channels. Monitor your accounts closely and report any suspicious activity immediately. The bank will communicate upgrade information through official channels and maintain customer support.
Thank you in advance for your understanding during this process. We are excited to bring in new innovations to better serve you! We do know interruptions can be difficult, even when they are temporary. Remember, we are here and happy to help. We appreciate your patience as we work through the finishing touches of our new and improved internal banking system.
